The British Association of Urological Nurses (BAUN) Summer Education Event – Essential Urology Skills will be taking place on 6 June at the Crowne Plaza, Newcastle Stephenson Quarter.
The event represents the association’s first face-to-face study day since before the Covid-19 pandemic.
BAUN said it will be an excellent opportunity to refresh and update skills wherever a nurse is in their urology nursing career, as well as an opportunity to build a professional network of supportive colleagues.
The event is free to BAUN members and costs £60, including VAT, for non-members.
Alongside the educational event, the day will also be the association’s inaugural BAUN Day – a new awareness day to celebrate urology nurses.
BAUN is a registered charity that aims to promote and maintain the highest standards in the practice and development of urological nursing and urological patient care.
