RECRUITMENT OF FACULTY POSTS (GROUP ‘A’) FOR COLLEGE OF NURSING AT AIIMS RAEBARELI ON DIRECT RECRUITMENT BASIS.

AIIMS Raebareli is an apex healthcare institute, established by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY) with the aim of correcting regional imbalances in quality tertiary level healthcare in the country and attaining selfsufficiency in graduate and postgraduate Medical education and training.
Online applications are invited from Indian Nationals and OCI Cardholders (Overseas Citizen of India) for the following faculty posts on DIRECT RECRUITMENT BASIS in College of Nursing at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Raebareli (Uttar Pradesh ).

1. The above vacancies are provisional and subject to variation. The Director, AIIMS, Raebareli reserves the right to vary the vacancies including reserved vacancies as per the Govt. of India rules/circulars and requirements.
2. Reservation will be as per Government of India guidelines issued from time to time.
3. 4% of the total vacancies are horizontally reserved for PwBD candidates with bench mark disability as per the rules. The RPWD Act, 2016/ DOPT instructions as applicable in this regard will be strictly followed.
4. The cut-off date to determine the maximum age limit, essential qualification & experiences will be the last date of submission of application.
5. The period of experience wherever prescribed shall be counted after obtaining the prescribed qualification.

Essential:
i. Master’s Degree in Nursing with advanced specialization in Nursing from a recognized Institution/ University
ii. Must be registered Nurse and Midwife.
iii 10 years experience in Nursing field after registration as Nurse, out of which seven years must have been spent in nursing education or
administration after obtaining the prescribed post graduate qualification.
Desirable: Ph.D. in Nursing

2. Tutor/Clinical Instructor 

Essential:
i. B.Sc. Nursing/ Post B.Sc. Nursing Degree from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Institute / University.
ii. Registered Nurse/Midwife in Nursing Council.
Experience:-
Three years teaching experience in Nursing.
Desirable:-
M.Sc. Nursing/ Master of Nursing Degree from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Institution.

Age Limit for the AIIMS-Raebareli Nursing vacancy 2024 ∥03-Posts∥ Direct Recruitment∥:-

a. Professor cum Principal: – Not exceeding 55 (Fifty Five) years as on the last date of the receipt of the online application
b. Tutor/Clinical Tutor: – Not exceeding 35 (Thirty- Five) years as on the last date of the receipt of the online application
1. Upper age limit shall be determined as on last date of submission of application.
2. No age relaxation would be available to SC/ST/OBC candidates applying for unreserved vacancies.

Age relaxation to other categories of the candidates will also be applicable as per the DoPT instructions and will be regulated as per the DoPT instructions.

Conditions:

1. The aspiring applicants satisfying the eligibility criteria in all respects can submit their online application form through the link provided in the Institute website www.aiims.rbl.edu.in on or before 10.10.2024 till 5:00 P.M.
2. Candidates who wish to apply for more than one post should apply separately for each post and pay the application fee for each post and submit application forms separately for each post.

3. Candidates applying under any of the reserved category posts, viz. SC/ST/OBC/ PwBD (OL) will be considered subject of Caste Certificate issued by the appropriate/ competent authority on the prescribed format. Community should be clearly and legibly mentioned in the certificate. OBC candidate’s eligibility will be based on the caste(s) borne in the Central List of Government of
India. OBC candidate(s) should not belongs to Creamy Layer and their sub-caste should be match with the entries in Central List of OBC, failing which their candidates will not be considered under any of the applied reserved category post(s).
4. Qualification and Experience: Qualification and experience as prescribed may be relaxed in exceptional cases at the discretion of the Selection Committee. The experience will be counted as on the last date of application. Teaching experience will be considered only from teaching Institute Recognized by Indian nursing council/ Govt. of India.
5. Tutor/Clinical Instructor will be selected through exam and interview. The selection interview for the remaining post will be held.

6. The applicants already in Government service shall have to produce No Objection Certificate from their present employer at the time of Interview. The No Objection Certificate should clearly state that the candidate will be allowed to join if selected and not merely for appearing in the interview.
7. AIIMS, Raebareli decision final:
The decision of the AIIMS, Raebareli in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of the applications, penalty for false information, mode of selection, conduct of examination(s), allotment of examination centres, selection and allotment of posts/organizations to selected candidates will be final and binding on the candidates and no enquiry / correspondence will be
entertained in this regard.
8. Any corrigendum for revision of the advertisement or any other information regarding this recruitment will be posted on the official website of AIIMS, Raebareli in due course. Candidates are advised to visit our website regularly for updated information in this regard.
9. At the time of interview (if called for) the candidate should bring along original certificates in support of his/her age, educational/ professional qualification, experience etc, two recent passport size colour photographs and two sets of self-attested photocopies of the relevant documents failing which he/she will not be allowed to participate in the interview.

Short Listing/Methods of the Selection:
a. Tutor/Clinical Instructor: – The selection process for Tutor/Clinical Instructor will be through written exam and interview.
b. Professor cum Principal: – The prescribed qualification is minimum and mere possessing the same does not entitle any candidate to be called for interview or for selection. Based on bio-data, the Screening Committee may short- list candidates for interview. If large numbers of eligible candidates apply for any post, then the Competent Authority may hold a screening test to shortlist candidates for interview. Candidates called for interview will have to produce all relevant original documents in proof of details furnished in their application at the time of interview. They may also be asked to submit an affidavit/declaration as decided by AIIMS, Raebareli at time of Interview. The methodology of selection will be decided by the Selection Committee as deemed fit besides any other matter related to the selection process.

Site of Interview:

Interview will be held at AIIMS Raebareli. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.

Application Fees:

i. General/OBC/EWS: Rs.2360/- (2,000/- Plus 18% GST)
ii. SC/ST category: Rs. 1180/- (1000/- Plus 18% GST)
iii. PWBD category application fee is exempted.
iv. Application fee is required to be remitted through online payment gateway available in the website i.e. www.aiimsrbl.edu.in
v. The Application fee is non-refundable. Online applications without fee shall be summarily rejected.

Documents required at the time of the interview:

• Two passport-size photographs.
• Self-attested photocopies of relevant documents pertaining to educational qualifications and
experiences.
• Application Form in the prescribed format.
• All Educational and experience documents in Original.

OTHER INFORMATION FOR THE CANDIDATES for walk-in interview:

(i) The All India Institute of Medical Science is an autonomous body established under Act of parliament.
(ii) Service under the Institute is governed by that Act and the Rules & Regulations framed there under.
(iii) All the posts carry usual allowances as admissible to Central Government Employees of similar status at AIIMS Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh.
(iv) Probation period: The period of probation is two years.
(v) The applicants, who do not have requisite qualifications up to the last date for submission of applications, will not be considered.
(vi) Incomplete application(s) will not be considered.
(vii) The period of experience wherever prescribed shall be counted after obtaining the prescribed educational qualification.
(viii) The employees of the Institute will be governed by the New Pension Scheme as per the provision contained in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs (ECB & PR Division). Notification No. 5/7/2003-ECB&PR dated 22.12.2003.
(ix) The post(s) is/are whole time and private practice of any kind is prohibited.
(x) AIIMS reserves the rights to increase or decrease the number of vacancies.
(xi) While every effort will be made to provide residential accommodation to the faculty staff appointed at the Institute subject to availability but in view of the paucity of the residential accommodation in the campus it may not be possible to provide accommodation in every case. In the event that no accommodation is provided, necessary H.R.A. as admissible to Central Government Servants of similar status stationed at Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh will be provided.
(xii) Canvassing of any kind will be a disqualification.
(xiii) The candidate should not have been convicted by any Court of Law.

(xiv) In case any information given or declaration by the candidate is found to be false or if the candidate has wilfully suppressed any material information relevant to this appointment, he/she will be liable to be removed from the service and any action taken as deemed fit by the appointing authority.
(xv) The Competent Authority reserves the right of any amendment, cancellation and changes to this advertisement as a whole or in part without assigning any reason or giving notice.
(xvi) The decision of the competent authority regarding interview, verification of documents and selection would be final and binding on all candidates. No representation correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
