(Primary), Doctor, Nurse and Counsellor (Secondary) are to be made.

In this light, it is made clear that arrangements have been made for the on-site registration only

Important Directions:-
1) Registration will remain open from 8:00 AM to 11:00AM of 13th February, 2025 (Thursday). No registration will be entertained after 11:00 AM.
2) Walk in Interview will be started at 9:00 AM for the registered and eligible candidates.
3) Candidates should bring original and one set of self-attested copies of certificates, testimonials, photo identity and one passport size photo. Candidates will have to ensure the collection of their original documents just after the documents verification
before leaving the desk of verification.

4) Proof of identity (POI) and other requisite documents along with passport size photographs must be carried out on the day of walk in interview.
5) A self-attested copy of POI will be submitted along with each set of documents for the post or different posts, as the case may be.
6) Kindly check your eligibility before applying. Bilingual proficiency (Hindi and English) is required for all the posts.
7) Only onsite registration by the candidate own self within the permissible time limit shall be considered. No other form of registration shall be considered.

8) The following documents need to be submitted to the Document Verification Team:
i. Duly filled bio-data.
ii. Self-attested photocopies of eligibility documents.
iii. Self-attested photocopies of identity proof and address proof.
iv. A self-attested document containing your mobile number and email ID for
communication.
v. Self-attested photocopies of documents claiming experience in the post held for
the post.
vi. One passport size color photograph for each post applied for.

9) Age Limit for all above posts: Minimum and maximum age limit shall be 18 and 65 years respectively as on 31st March, 2025.
10) No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. Terms and conditions are as per KVS norms. Knowledge of Computer is desirable for all posts.
11) This interview is only for preparing a panel of different posts to be engaged on purely part time contractual basis as and when required.

12) Candidates are required to have a valid personal Email ID and Mobile number. Both Email id and Mobile should be kept active during the currency of this contractual
appointment. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal Email ID, he/she should create his/ her new Email ID before applying.
13) Candidates are required to visit KV website ( https://no2saltlake.kvs.ac.in/ ) regularly with regard to view the updates regarding Interview.

14) NO Information shall be entertained by this KV nor shall send a separate intimation to the candidates to this effect.
15) No fee is required to be paid by candidates for registration or interview.
16) Registration-cum-Bio Data Form will be provided by the Vidyalaya only on the date of interview (Offline).
17) A candidate may apply for more than one post if he /she is eligible and desires to do so. In such cases, the candidate will have to fill the Registration-cum-Bio Data Form separately for all the posts applied for. A set of self-attested photocopies of all Certificates, Marksheets, Testimonials and id proof must be attached with each Registration-cum-Bio Data Form.

18) Candidates must carry the valid id proof on the day of Interview. ID proof includes PAN CARD /AADHAR CARD /PASSPORT /DRIVING LICENCE /VOTER ID CARD / ANY VALID PHOTO ID ISSUED BY GOVT.
19) After registration within the permissible time limit, Candidates may have to wait for their turn for attending the Interview depending on the number of Candidates.

20) Legal action may be taken for the falsification of the information.
21) After the due process of the walk in interview, the panels of different posts will be prepared and uploaded on the website of the Vidyalaya. In lieu of need assessment of the Vidyalaya, listed candidates in the panel will be called upon as per rank assigned. In
case of non-response or failure to report, the next in merit candidate will be called upon in the interest of the students. Services of the selected candidate in ranks panel will be taken if it is found satisfactory after the class observation by the Principal/Vice
Principal/Senior Most Teacher.

22) For contractual teachers/coaches etc., salary/honorarium will be payable as per the KVS rules applicable from time to time.
23) In the interest of the Vidyalaya, the Principal has the right to remove any contractual employee of the Vidyalaya without assigning any reason.

24) For experience in each post, 1 mark will be awarded for each completed session (minimum six months in session) (5 marks for a maximum of 5 sessions), provided that this experience has been obtained in the last 10 years in the same post and Valid
certificate. The candidate must submit the certificate along with the form at the time of verification (no subsequent claim will be accepted).
25) Knowledge of computer is desirable for all posts

26) Before availing the services of the selected candidate, a letter of consent for the benefit of KVS will be signed between the candidate and the Principal on non-judicial stamp paper of minimum ₹ 100/-.
