• Participates in the formulation of the philosophy of the hospital in general and those specific to the Nursing service.
  • Determines goals, aims, objectives and policies of the Nursing Services.
  • Implements hospital policies and rules through various nursing units.
  • Decides and recommends personnel and material requirement for running.
  • Various nursing service departments of the hospital.
  • Participates in Interviews and recruits nursing staff at local level.
  • Ensures the safe and efficient care rendered in the various nursing departments of the hospital by allocation of suitable nursing personnel.
