Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center Facilities Engineering department is a 24/7 team that manages all owned facilities on the South Lake Union campus. The Program Assistant IV reports to the Facilities Engineering Administrative Manager. This position is primarily responsible for running the Customer Service desk during business hours. This position will handle all the closing of work requests, which entails ensuring that the appropriate information has been entered and the correct budget has been charged. Additionally, this position will assist the Program Coordinator with various tasks, including taking telephone requests, managing Engineering email inbox, vetting the incoming work requests via our work request form, and maintaining the Facilities Engineering schedule and emails in our engineering inbox.

 

This position will be fully onsite M-F 8:30am – 5:00pm.
